Cayman Island Vacation Information

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE:
In order to avoid unnecessary disruption to our guests “pure beach relaxation”, here at The Reef we provide full maid service twice weekly, with our housekeepers limiting daily maid service to trash pickup and towel changes. Additional maid service is available (for a fee) upon request.  

SPECIAL OFFERS AND RATES:
All special offers and rates are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

MINIMUM STAY:
The Reef has a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights, with the exception of reservations made within 14 days of arrival, where shorter stays may be possible, subject to availability. Please note that we reserve the right to require longer minimum stays from time to time for peak weeks.

OCCUPANCY LIMITS:
The maximum occupancy limits for each room type are as follows:

  • Two Bedroom Master Suite - 6 persons. Two bedrooms with King or Queen beds plus two twin Murphy Beds.
  • One Bedroom Executive Suite - 4 persons. One bedroom with King or Queen bed plus two twin Murphy Beds.
  • Studio - 2 Persons. One bedroom with King bed.

ROLLAWAYS / CRIBS:
One rollaway may be provided in a one bedroom executive suite or two bedroom master suite at an additional charge of US$50 per night. One crib may be provided free of charge for each room. Infants are not included in occupancy limits.

PAYMENT POLICY:
50% Deposit required at time of reservation. Full balance due 45 days prior to arrival or at time of reservation for reservations within 45 days of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full or partial cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival will be charged a penalty of one night plus tax. No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival or for early checkouts.

Change of dates for a stay are allowed for a one night penalty as well as any difference in applicable rate between original reservation and new dates, which must be paid in full at the time of rebooking. Travel must be completed within one year of the original arrival date.

Cancellation policy for the Christmas and New Years Season each year : One night penalty for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, 50% refund up to 14 days prior to arrival date, no refund within 14 days of arrival.

TAXES AND SSERVICE CHARGES:
All rates do not include 10% government tax and 12% service charge.
