Our Marlin and Sailfish Conference Rooms can host your meeting for 10 – 90 people set up in the following styles

	Theatre Style 12 rows of 8 chairs 96 seating		Boardroom Style 10- 6 x 36 4- 36” quarters Seating 20-28

AV equipment rentals are available in our Conference centre including LCD overhead projector and screen, video conferencing, wireless high speed internet, microphone and audio system, DVD/ Video player with TV monitor, whiteboard package and flipchart package. For rental requests and prices please contact us direct at corporate@thereef.com. Iced water, pads, pens and candy bowls will be complimentary.

Team building events and group presentations can be arranged with guest speakers and experts available upon request.

Group breakfasts and refreshment breaks are available in our breakout space adjacent to the Conference Centre. Our Food and Beverage Department will readily cater to any of your Group requirements for Functions and Events including Welcome cocktail parties, private beach parties with Caribbean buffet or Barbecue, presentation dinners and banquets, as well as business luncheons and meetings.
